‘Freshly Squeezed’ from DK

Well it’s been a good Birthday week and first and foremost I would like to thank all of those that sent their wishes and cards etc. It is really, really appreciated!

It’s Sunday evening, an extra hour to the day, and it’s pitch black outside already! That was by around 5pm too! Football training in the evening’s might just be about to get colder I think…

On the topic of football … My team that I coach with (HIK) played at home in Hellerup yesterday (Saturday 24th) and won 1-0 thanks to a dramatic goal in the last 10 minutes, a chip from near the halfway line over the goalkeeper, ends the season at Home on a high!

After the match the chairman of the youth teams offered me an official contract with the club, after impressing on trial, so I’m very grateful and will look forward to the future with the team.

Tonight it’s been studying, ordering books from the Libraries here in Copenhagen for research etc. While listening to BBC Radio 5 Live Sport, that helps 😉

We went for a jog this morning the apartment down to this beautiful park, such a crisp, misty sort of autumn day. Very good way to wake me up!

So for the rest of the evening …. more studying, and note taking and make some nice food!

Tomorrow morning, off to Uni early to the library (pictured below), study, and get a step closer to the Masters!

I’ll update you tomorrow again and hopefully I can start putting a bit more effort and interest into these blogs!

A couple of points of interest lastly, the shop ‘SPAR’ in the UK is actually a Danish company and translates into ‘SAVE’, so just for you to know, completely random!

Also last night at 12pm, rung the very last day of  WWW.DREWBARTLE.COM. It closed as I close that chapter for the foreseeable future. Hopefully we’ll see a new look website with a new body of art work in 2010.

Thanks once again for your support with the website and to all those that visited the photographic work.

Check back tomorrow for more updates!
